Clean

The current updater version 16.1.1 shows as clean in all antivirus engines except a false positive in Antiy: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/98b2c45eacf627ba77c71e1ff7437dcb27e2...

I've notified them about their issue

Why is the PortableApps

Why is the PortableApps program calling it 3.5 and you say 16.1.1? Are we talking about the same thing?

Looking at the Webroot output, it is PortableAppsCompactor_3.5_English.paf. Sorry.

Updater, Webroot False Positive

You said the Updater had a virus. You didn't mention the PortableApps.com AppCompactor before. From the app notes:

False Positive Note: The current UPX 64-bit binary has false positives in a handful of antivirus engines. We've reported the issue to them.

If you click the Antivirus Scan from the PA.c AppCompactor homepage, it'll show you the current scan results. There is still a false positive in Webroot as of my posting. It's a 'generic' detection, which is generally a false positive even outside of additional details.

You can report it to Webroot if you're a customer.
