Updating the NSIS part of NSIS portable

Ok, I could've sworn I saw this topic before, but searching didn't reveal the answer.

I have (and love) Portable NSIS, but was curious about how to update the NSIS part. Is it safe just to extract the updated NSIS into the portable subdir?

Assuming you mean the one from PortaSoft.org, then yes.
