Firefox portable in WinPE "Couldn't load XPCOM"

Hallo FF-Freunde,
Herzlich Gerhard

Translation:
Hello FF friends,
FF 77.0 runs great on my desktop.
Now I want to create a backup ISO using AOMEI-PE Builder 2.0 using WindowsPE and include my own tools, e.g. FF portable.
I was able to successfully integrate some other tools; the integration of FFp also works (based on "FirefoxPortable_77.0_German.paf.exe").
However, if I then use the generated USB stick or a CD, everything works fine, including my other tools, but not FFp.
I always get the message "Couldn't load XPCOM" immediately after the start / welcome screen.
AOMEI is trying to find the error, but they say they are unable to find out what DLL it is.
There is no xpcom.dll on my desktop PC and yet FF is running there.
Since I have already reinstalled the portable version several times, you do not need to guess.
What requires FFP within the Windows environment, which AOMEI-WinPe does not deliver. What could that be?
It's about 'deeper' mining in the FF realms. Who knows advice?
Kindly Gerhard
