That link works, the file was downloaded (9,100,366 bytes), but of course not integrated/updated
I re-tried also the PortableApps-Update, but the error persists
Does it happen in both the browser and the updater? Have you tried downloading from a different computer on a different internet provider? If you've tried all that, could you please send the external IP address you have when you're trying to download to the developers email address on our About page so I can troubleshoot further.

I tried http://portableapps.com/redirect/?s=p&a=DatabaseBrowserPortable&d=pb&p=h... in the browser, the download works and did again via the Updater : same error, also with my firewall disabled.
So it's only in the Updater that it fails.

I tried

with Microsoft Edge : --> works
with Internet Explorer : --> works, with warning "security warning that tells you the publisher of this program couldn't be verified"
Is the warning within IE or when you try to run it? Also please try to download my alternate link above in IE.
Side Note: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc success don't help us in this case, just IE since it's the only one that uses Windows components.

When the download is terminated, while offering to run the downloaded file, the warning is given by IE.
