LibreOfficePortable 7.0.0 Partially missing localization

LibreOffice Portable has partially missing localization. I'm using Russian locale with LibreOfficePortable_7.0.0_MultilingualStandard portable apps package.
Tested with all applications - Base, Calc, Draw, Impress, Math, Writer. That bug exist for a long time so I decided to report it here.
Here are some Calc screenshots, I marked red wrong (missing localization).
Portable - you can see some non-translated string in File menu, and almost complete non-translated settings.

remove languages on install

Did you remove other languages on install?

Working Here

It's working here as expected: https://i.imgur.com/l996HZy.jpg

I did a fresh install of LibreOffice Portable 7.0.0 Multilingual Standard and selected Russian from the installer. Did not select the "Remove Extra Languages" option. Ran it from the end of the installer, opened calc, clicked the File menu and took the screenshot.

I tried it with Remove Extra Languages and that worked too.

Have you tried setting it to English, closing, opening, and then Russian, closing, and opening again? If that fails, you could try resetting your Data folder (losing all settings).

So I had found cause of issue

So I had found cause of issue:
LibreOffice should be in folder without any non-latin letters in path.
D:\LibreOffice, D:\share\LibreOffice - localization works.
D:\Загрузки\LibreOffice, D:\soft\Офис\LibreOffice, D:\downloads_разобрать\LibreOffice - localization does not works.

Non-ASCII

That makes sense. There are several apps that will not run correctly when there are non-ASCII characters in their paths. I've noted it on the LibreOffice Portable homepage as well.
