Hello!
The current official GnuPG-PortableApps-package contains a bare GnuPG 2.2 that is used as plugin by some other packages.
The command line can be used by advanced users for key management operations.
For key management purposes there exist user interfaces like GPA and Kleopatra that already have windows ports, e.g. in this project www.gpg4win.de .
May I suggest to add such an user interface to the existing package to enable less crypto-experienced users to perform basic GnuPG-operations?

That would be a separate app. The current package is purposely a plugin only to be used by other apps. It would have to be specifically portablized. If someone wants to take up that mantle, I'm happy to release it.
