Portable Coccoc web browser
I can understand a language familiarity but what indication do you really have that any Chromium based browser is actually identity protecting?
More to the point, what indication do we, mainly North American and European people, have that this version of a web browser is better than those we have already checked?
Why not use a mainstream browser like FF and use appropriate security?
Wm
More to the point, it appears this is a closed source Chromium variant, which means it is less secure since you can't tell what changes have been made. I could be wrong, though, as I was using machine translation on the site.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
accroding to this website,

I think the security is quite good. I've been using Coc Coc from 2011 and it's still working well in 2024. You can block ads, download video, documents in mediafire, google drive, onedrive... with parallel connection up to 8 threads. If you want to block ads even more, you can disable the adblock intergrated to Coc Coc, and then install Ublock origin and poup blocker (strict), it's more awesome.
actual will no more chromium be added as to less portable and so too much work by each update.
statement from portableapps on the forum.
edit:
as no opensource i agree in this case.
i help where i can! maybe you can help (me) too! see in my account under 'track' for my conservations/threads. be nice!
if you don't want to help, don't post crap!
Another nice feature of this browser (among other things): resume downloads whereas Wikipedia says others don't
