Sorry but it do not start. Is it possible that some file could be missing?
I have checked the directory app/picotorrent and the content is quite different respect to the downloaded PicoTorrent-0.13.0-x64.zip from official site.

I see the issue here. It's missing the VC runtime libraries. I package the x86 version. Dev Test 2 is on the way.

SourceForge is like the least reliable servers.

It seems now it works as the SourceForge server was replaced from Latvia to California.
