My computer has been used for about two years. Every time I plug in the power plug, I need to short the three pins of the power plug and then plug it into the socket. At this time, I will hear a "pop" sound, accompanied by electric sparks. Appears, and the computer starts normally.
If you do not perform the above operations, the machine must freeze when booting.
Anyone knows what is the problem with my computer?

We only work with Windows-based software here, electrical and computer hardware issues are not something we can really help you diagnose.
But as far as I know shorting wires on your mains power really is a bad thing to be doing. I'm surprised you haven't blown a fuse, started a fire, or injured yourself. I would replace the computer as soon as possible.
That is right ,I got a new one~
Judging by some other posts I think we have a troll.
Sorry,why did you say that?
