I am new to PortableApps, I am looking to create a portable app for Firefox (or chrome) that I can use with a website that uses Flash. How do a created that it doesn't prompt for the flash player every time. I am also looking to be able to copy this to multiple computers.

As far as I'm aware Adobe Flash is being withdrawn at the end of the year, 31 December 2020. You would be much better contacting the offending website and suggest to them that they need to stop using Flash. Read these for more background information:

Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.
