Illegal (?) dutch version portableapps website

Hi,

I am from the Netherlands.

Looking for a portable version of an app i stumbled upon this site:
https://portableapps.nl/

Is this site related to portableapps.com?

I am concerned i downloaded an app with virus or malware.

That site is unaffiliated and likely running afoul of our trademark. They also link to illegal software sites. It also appears to have been abandoned in 2018.
