Note: Sorry if some UI text doesn't match, I'm using a Spanish translation.
Downloaded the app "winMd5Sum" from the main UI: "Apps -> Get More apps -> By title"
After downloading, "winMd5Sum" was not showing on the Apps installed apps list.
I found an issue on the ini file:
Homepage=PortableApps.com/apps/utilites/wincdemu-portable
Must be:
Homepage=PortableApps.com/apps/utilities/wincdemu-portable
Note "utilites" typo.
From the "About" window:
Version 17.1.1
Windows 10 (Version 10.0, Build 18363, 64-bit edition)
From the About/Apps window:
winMd5Sum Portable 1.0.1.55 Rev 4 (winMd5SumPortable)
Full failing ini:

Hope it helps. This bug must have lowered this app usage by high and the fix must be easy.

Btw, after fixing the Homepage text, the App was showing on the Apps list
The homepage does not affect display. The app displays without issue in a clean install. You likely had it hidden (right click and show hidden apps) or editing the INI and accidentally saved it in an incompatible format like UTF8.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
