I just installed Portable Apps Launcher Today. I am new to the app.
It seems like all the apps I have installed work except for Opera and Opera GX.
Everytime I try to launch the app I get An Instance is already running.
I have searched the forums and google and saw things about deleting .ini file etc but none of those exist that I am finding.
I am running Windows 10 v1909.
I would really like to start using OperaGX. Any advice? If I go to the App directory and scroll through and find launcher.exe that will work. but when it tried to run operagxportable.exe I get an error.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have something else named launcher.exe already running? Opera uses that as its main EXE and the PA.c Launcher checks for that running.

You were correct. It was the Launcher.exe. I did have a game open that used a file called Launcher.exe. As soon as I exited It started working.
