Unfortunately, this is where I get lost. I have looked at GitHub several times & I guess it is just too complicated for my pea-brain.
I love the app. Wish I could do something to help. Oh well, maybe some day.
Thanks anyway.
I'd really recommend to give it one more try - GitHub is really simple, definietly not less complicated than this forum engine if used on a basic level. You just register your account and right after you can start submitting issues, participate in issue discussions, send pull requests (proposed changes to repositories in a form of the code patches - even directly from your browser). Their docs are quite comprehendable and there are tons of tutorials on the interwebs, should you need those. And their GUI git client makes it easy to work with git even if you don't want to mess up too much with it. All in all, I'd encourage you to try and report your findings as an issue, using the link John has posted earlier.
Hi. The documentation is sorely lacking in terms of how to use exclusions and it's outdated.
I have no idea how to exclude Sys volume info folder and recycle bin
I don't think anything changed that would require an update to the documentation.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Perhaps my question should have been, can we expect an update to the Help any time soon?
The question would be why? Is something missing?

I happen to be one of those "people" that notices almost everything.
Would you like a list of what I've found thus far?
You can create a single issue for the Toucan project on github with all the bits that need fixing here: https://github.com/PortableApps/Toucan

I appreciate your comments. I will give it another try even though about half the words you used were foreign to me.
