GIMP 2.10.22 Resynthesizer Python plug-In issue plugin-heal-selection.py unable to run no such file

I use PortableApps for years
PortableApps is a great project and a great work !
I happen to have issues with updates/upgrades : last time, from GIMP 2.10.12 to 2.10.20, I suffered a Resynthesizer stop functioning issue
But, with this help, I have been able to solve the issue : http://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18753&start=20#p255784
It was malformed pygimp.interp by the team of Portable Apps : not a big thing...

But, this time, I found no solution
The plugin stops working between 2.10.20 and 2.10.22 : not so much Python changes ; even nothing almost
But, the malformed pygimp.interp was fully corrected
But, the Resynthesizer is not working at all since...

The errors are :
Unable to run plug-in "plugin-heal-selection.py"
(C:\AppsZ\GIMPPortable22\Data\.gimp\plug-ins\plugin-heal-selection.py)
L’exécution du processus fils a échoué (No such file or directory)

Please, could you address that ?
