GIMP Portable is the full-featured GIMP image and photo editor bundled with a PortableApps.com launcher as a portable app, so you can edit your photos and images on the go. The GIMP Portable Photoshop Layout add-on is also available. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. Best of all, it's open source and completely free.

This revision fixes some issues with Python plugins loading correctly.

Thank you so much for whatever it is you did. The Python fix seems to have been the cause of Resynthesizer not working, or at least related. I can happily report it (Resynth) works PERFECTLY now with this new version, including all the additional menu options for variations of Resynth (such as Heal Selection, Heal Transparency, Render Texture, Enlarge and Uncrop!), and I can now also see the menu selection for Python-Fu which did not appear in the versions I reported previously where Resynth did NOT work. But truthfully, I have no idea how to use that function, just mentioning it because it seems related.
