Can not open multiple Firefox Portable browsers at the same time

error says already running.
installed firefox portable in separate folders so i can hopefully log into websites like microsoft and google with different accounts in different browsers at the same time accessing all google apps under that one email address. I use sperate browsers for credentials and project management with saved tabs where i left off.
I have changed ini allow multiple instances to 'true'
I have renamed firefox portable.exe (successfully) and sub folders(32/64) firefox.exe (unsuccessfully) programs to unique names
I can execute firefox portable 111 and in the task manager it shows one firefox portable 111.exe and several firefox.exe processes.
When i try to open/run a second like firefox portable 222.exe (installed in different folder) it fails saying already running. i have to assume it is because of all the 'firefox.exe' processes i can not rename.
i have repeatedly reinstalled firefox portable into new folders and retried from scratch, not working for me with latest version from last week (incase new one came out over weekend)
any way to make this work? I can do this in Chrome Portable but I really do not want to run my business from Google chrome. I have tried many other portable browsers but many are firefox based with same problem and i dont trust CCP Opera.
Thank you.

Just AllowMultiple

The only change you should need to make is AllowMultipleInstances in both copies set to true. Ensure you are running both via FirefoxPortable.exe and not via firefox.exe, a pinned taskbar done outside the PA.c Platform, or setting it as default.

Examples, executing FirefoxPortableRenamed.exe app directly Flr

C:\0PUSB\1PUSB\BROWSERS\Firefox Portable BookMarks\FirefoxPortableBookMarks.exe
86.0.1 (64-bit) Up to date
C:\0PUSB\1PUSB\BROWSERS\Firefox Portable BookMarks\Other\Source\FirefoxPortable.ini
[FirefoxPortable]
FirefoxDirectory=App\firefox
ProfileDirectory=Data\profile
SettingsDirectory=Data\settings
PluginsDirectory=Data\plugins
FirefoxExecutable=FirefoxPortableBookMarks.exe
AdditionalParameters=
LocalHomepage=
DisableSplashScreen=false
AllowMultipleInstances=true
DisableIntelligentStart=false
SkipCompregFix=false
RunLocally=false

C:\0PUSB\1PUSB\BROWSERS\FireFox Portable Odd\FirefoxPortableOdd\FirefoxPortableOdd.exe
86.0.1 (64-bit) Up to date
C:\0PUSB\1PUSB\BROWSERS\FireFox Portable Odd\FirefoxPortableOdd\Other\Source\FirefoxPortable.ini
[FirefoxPortable]
FirefoxDirectory=App\firefox
ProfileDirectory=Data\profile
SettingsDirectory=Data\settings
PluginsDirectory=Data\plugins
FirefoxExecutable=FirefoxPortableOdd.exe
AdditionalParameters=
LocalHomepage=
DisableSplashScreen=false
AllowMultipleInstances=true
DisableIntelligentStart=false
SkipCompregFix=false
RunLocally=false

I have others that also fail but following same logic

If i get rid or unique exe renaming on firefoxportable.exe and in the respective ini's i still get the same already running message, regardless which ever i run first and second.

thank you

Wrong INI Location

The FirefoxPortable.ini file must be copied alongside FirefoxPortable.exe as specified in the readme.txt and referenced in the example INI file.

Thank you, now it's working

not used to having to move a file from the installed location.
