Hi, after executing ccPortable (v5.83), on a clean 21H1 Win 10 x64 System, I've noticed the following leftovers in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Piriform\CCleaner
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Piriform\CCleaner
I hope you will solve. Thanks.

I've confirmed this to be an issue with the 5.83 release. Older versions of CCleaner did not create these keys when set to portable mode but the new ones do. I can address both the HKCU and HKLM when in 32-bit mode easily but addressing the 64-bit mode version will require some custom coding to allow the PA.c Launcher, a 32-bit process, to access the 64-bit HKLM hive. I'll have at least a partial fix (already completed) in the next release.

This is fixed for both registry keys on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows in ccPortable 5.84.
