A new version of qBittorrent Portable has been released. qBittorrent is a fast, lightweight bittorrent client with a familiar interface. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Update automatically or install from the portable app store in the PortableApps.com Platform.

Off topic, because the release made by you hasn't triggered any notification.
As any AV software, this things can happen, even with apps that seems being targeted by MS as Process Hacker (I had to replaced by Process Explorer; Windows Defender and Kaspersky mark it as a Threat).
It was triggered before your release. Once q-bittorrent notified about a new version, I've downloaded the Q-Bittorrent's release from its website, then extracted the installer content to the PAF's-App-Binary folder. So, late, the Windows defender has triggered a "possible threat" with the file: qbittorrent_4.3.9_setup.exe, as a PUA:Win32/QBitTorrent!torrent :facepalm:

That's not a virus report. That's a potentially unwanted app (PUA). And that's entirely on Defender. It's up to the user how they choose to proceed.
