What do you mean by theme? I've heard the wallpaper change idea before. What else do you have in mind?
D00d, themes involve far more than just wallpaper - icons, fonts, window appearance, cursors, etc. - thus, to make a theme changer would be far more daunting a task for a portable than just a wallpaper changer.
That said, I'd certainly be interested if someone DID come up with such a thing.

What a nightmare. That would involve somehow running a patched uxtheme.dll in memory, then applying the theme temporarily.

If you have a legitimate signed theme, you could just add it then change it automatically.
Of course, if you have a *cough*illegal*cough* theme, then you'd need to do that.
