Installed yesterday. Ran once.
Tried to run today from platform menu and got that message in post title.
There was nothing in task manager processes to close.
Decided to delete app from menu. Refused to delete.
Wen to the app folder in portable apps installation and attempted to delete from there: right click; shift; delete.
Got message about file open and windows refused to delete the folder.
"The action can't be completed because the file is open in Everything"
"Close the file and try again"
Huh??
As I write the everything entry has gone from the portable apps menu but the folder with the everything executable is resolutely still visible.

After an extended period of troubleshooting with no satisfaction I fired up gparted and deleted the entire windows installation - that fixed it!
