Hello.
I have been using PA for a long time and loving it. At some point it stopped updating. I didn't really find that an obstacle so never got around to solving it, but now I'd like to, as I am running version 16.0.2... what happens is that when I go to Options > Get more Apps, or Options > Check for Updates, nothing happens. So I can't get new updates or get more apps. What can I do? I tried searching whether downloading the latest PA installer will simply update the current installation (in the same way we used to update firefox for example), but can't find any info on that. What can I do? My PA drive is full of apps both inside PA platform and outside of it, and I am loathe to get rid of it all and start from scratch.

Close your platform. Manually download the current platform from the download link at the top. Run it from your Downloads directory. Select Upgrade. If you've got your platform in a standard location (root of a drive, etc) it'll find it automatically. If it doesn't, select Custom Location and manually select the platform's base directory. This is the directory that contains Start.exe as well as the PortableApps and Documents directories. Let it upgrade and run.
