These apps are for Windows or Linux via Wine. They don't run on Android.

Wanted to use portable apps on android laptops.. say Lenovo yoga android laptops.
You have mentioned that it will not work with android.
Wine is available for android as well.
Could you confirm/clarify that it does not work with android via Wine.
