I use dual boot windows 10 OSes, if i open the portable iron browser from another windows OS, then all of my add-ons, setting will be gone
this happens when i used the official portable iron browser form their site
will the portable iron browser from this portableapps site, acts any differently ?
the same also applies to the official portable vivaldi,slimjet, opera
and how about all the chromium based portable browsers from portableapps, will they act like the official ones or as true portables ?

Chromium-based browsers all lock their settings and extensions to a specific Windows install. When you move, they are forcibly reset. To get around this, you must login and cloud sync your settings. If you don't, this is what happens.

so my only choice for a portable browser without syncing and login anything is a firefox based browser ?

Like all browsers based on Chrome/Chromium/Blink, Vivaldi will have issues around portability as you move PCs.
