[Fixed] The download for NSIS Portable has gone 404

Hello PALs,
I just wanted to direct the attention of the PAL Devs or website Admin to the broken download link that's supposed to be pointing to the NSIS Portable download. (https://portableapps.com/apps/development/nsis_portable) This link is working fine, it's the actual download link that's not working: https://portableapps.com/redirect/?a=NSISPortable&s=s&d=pa&f=NSISPortabl...

I was still able to get the download I needed from SourceForge:
