error 0xc000007b after win10 update

After Win10 Update most PortableApps Programs started with error 0xc000007b
Firefox, Thunderbird didn't but
Irfanview, Lightscreen, and many other do error 0xc000007b
At moment my fix ist to start directly from Appdir:
U:\PortableApps\LightscreenPortable\App\Lightscreen\lightscreen.exe works
U:\PortableApps\LightscreenPortable\LightscreenPortable.exe dont start tc. error 0xc000007b
Is there any Hotfix, known Grouppolicy or Startpolicy to start USB based Programs better result for PA?

thanks for serve me

Also have exact same problem.

This fails on my desktop, which has an AMD processor Ryzen 9 3900XT.
The problem does not exist on my laptop, which has an Intel I7 processor.

Switch Mandatory ASLR back to the Windows 10 default

This will occur if you turn on "Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR)" in Windows 10. This will break all installers and other small programs compiled with NSIS 2.x. The PortableApps.com Launcher 2.x, which the apps you mentioned use, is built with NSIS 2.x.

To fix this, turn Mandatory ASLR back off, the default in Windows 10. To do this, click Start and type security. Click on Windows Security. Click on App & browser control. Click Exploit protection settings. Change 'Force ranomization for images (Mandatory ASLR)' back to 'Use default (Off)'. The change will take effect when you reboot.

Nearly a year later and this

Nearly a year later and this solved my confusion, I did turn on mandatory ASLR recently; it seemed like a good idea at the time. A shame these people did not even thank you for the assistance. I created an account just to thank you for the assistance. So thanks for the assistance.

Yeah, I totally agree. It is

Yeah, I totally agree. It is a shame no one thanked them because this is exactly what I needed.
