After extracting the 91.11 .paf , the Firefox app directory is empty. The download size of the paf is half of what it usually is.

As the ESR, Beta, Development, and Nightly channels of Firefox have barely any users, they were switched to 64-bit Only and to only a handful of languages a little while back. This allows me to expand the number of languages supported by the stable channel of Firefox. ESR is only provided for testing websites and extensions for large organizations. It is not intended for regular users for everyday use. If you're using an old Windows 32-bit machine, please use Firefox Portable stable channel.

I use ESR to avoid possible breakage to my customization's when updating, which break more often when updating stable. So are you saying that the 102 ESR paf will not longer include 32-bit?
Anyway, I updated the last 32-bit 91.11 ESR portable via About Firefox so that works for me. Not sure saying ESR barely have any users is valid or not. I appreciate your work and I know there's lots for you to do. You need to do what you think is right.
Firefox Portable ESR only has a couple thousand users now across all languages. It was never very popular. And it was only ever intended for testing and development. Including both 32-bit and 64-bit doubles both the build and the upload time. I'm currently only using an old i7-7700K to build (moving into a used 5800x shortly I picked up) and only have residential internet access (20Mbps upload).
You can backup your App\Firefox folder and copy it to the new version and then let it automatically update. It will leave a couple basic folders behind but nothing personal on last check. I purposely left 32-bit support in the FirefoxPortable.exe launcher for anyone that wants to do this.

I have a somewhat related request for the next ESR version: could you replace the two app folders ('Firefox' and 'Firefox64') with a single folder called 'Firefox' (which would be 64bit, of course)? Hopefully that doesn't break anything.
It's not a big deal, but it would make things a bit neater and there wouldn't be empty folders. Plus it would save me some time, because I currently do this manually (I remove the 32bit folder and rename the 64bit one to 'Firefox').
@clickclick: Just out of curiosity: why do you use or need the 32bit version?
