Is a PortableApps Firefox 102 ESR in the works? ETA?

Thank you!

Scheduled for 103

See this schedule: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#esr

ESR will be upgraded to 102 when Stable goes to 103. If you want the latest and greatest, you should not be using ESR.

103 it is.

Thanks for the fast reply.

I downloaded the 102.0esr setup from Mozilla on the 6th and installed it on test system. It has since updated to 102.0.1esr.

I'm running the PortableApps v91 ESR on my production system and thought I'd like to replace it with 102 ESR ahead of 91's demise in September. That's what I get for thinking. Smile

I'll keep an eye out for 103 announce on the RSS feed.

BTW, I was around when you released that first portable Firefox in 2004 (or thereabouts). Thanks for all you've done and do!!

Cheers.

Snag Stable

If you'd like to have 102 on your production system as well, you can install stable alongside ESR. That's one of the reasons we do it as well. If we moved now, both stable and ESR would be 102.x, which kinda defeats the purpose of having the multiple channels. I generally parse out a FirefoxPortableLegacy91 style release when I bump ESR up so that you can test all 3 at that point.

Nice to see long time users here Smile You're welcome
