Chrome seems to be flagging all downloads as malicious

Today Chrome is flagging all downloads from this site as malicious and not even giving me a option to keep it, just dismiss it.

Tested with Firefox and it also flags the downloads as containing malware, but at least it gives me the option to allow the download.

Is there a way to contact Chrome and let them know they are detecting a false positive?

Reported

The false positive has been reported to Google. They state that they take up to 72hrs to review reports. Others report that it's often 5 days. Apparently Google Safe Browsing is very problematic. The single example malware file listed was GoogleChromePortable_103.0.5060.134_online.paf.exe which has false positives in Jiangmin, Antiy, and Malwarebytes. Antiy and Malwarebytes were informed of their issue. Jiangmin doesn't have any way to report false positives.
