I just downloaded from the link above and it was successful. I was using Mozilla Firefox.
Which browser did you use?
On 23 July 2022, there were issues with downloads from PA.c website that failed because of Google Safe Browsing https://portableapps.com/news/2022-07-23--google-safe-browsing-incorrect....
As of now, I can successfully download them, when I could not download them a few days ago.
This was due to a configuration error on my part while fixing the issue mentioned above. It should be working now except in Chrome which will block it as malware even though it is clean.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
