I was working on Don't Sleep for this week anyway. Process Hacker and Resource Hacker are already in our directory. MAME is planned. ImgBurn doesn't allow third parties to repackage or adjust their app. Some of the others like SIV will require publisher permission.

Nobody said you did anything illegal. But you did link to a site that does do something illegal by repackaging Skype without changing the name - that is why your link was removed.
We always welcome discussion that is on topic here. But illegally repackaged software is specifically not allowed under the forum guidelines, including linking to sites that illegally repackage software.
All of the software we release is 100% legally repackaged, and we try to keep our forum discussions to the same standard of legality.

I didn't see it, but I'm guessing you linked to PortApps, which illegally repackages software. They repackage Skype, for instance, which is a violation of the license and copyright law. They were cease and desisted in the past for repackaging Firefox and Thunderbird and using the trademarks in violation of Mozilla's trademark guidelines as well.
When someone links to a site that does illegal stuff, we remove the link. It's a violation of our forum guidelines to link to sites like that.
