I don't see all the apps installed

I have apps that were installed a long time ago and that I have never used.
I am moving the whole collection every time I change PCs.
I always keep all the apps reported at startup up-to-date, even those I don't use.

Today I want to try using "ThunderbirdPortable2ndProfile" and the app is not there.
It is on the disk and is also marked as already installed in the list of apps to install, but it is not in the menu.
I tried to regenerate the icons, but it's not needed.
"ThunderbirdPortableLegacy68" is also installed and not live.
At this point I can't tell if there are other apps installed and not visible.

=== Update ===
I solved the problem by removing the folders from the disk. This way they are ripped into the list as apps to install.
But now they are called "Mozilla Thunderbird ..." and in the menu they are not close to the others "Thunderbird...".

Hidden

First, rename the folders back otherwise the platform won't be able to update them.

Most likely you hid them. In the platform menu, click Apps and then Show Hidden Icons. Then right-click each of the hidden apps and uncheck "Hide".

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
