To say: Holy crap! I really love your apps! You damn freaking developer! Doesn't look like an insult! In the contrary, it's a (sort of) compliment.
But to use the F-word, even within a joke, is clearly disrespectful!
I hope the person will learn and become more wise. There is no shame to be wrong, the shame is not to admit it!
EDIT: Looks like he/she is back! Two accounts registered today, behaving the exact same way.
