MS Office 365?

Is there a chance that someone could make Office 365 portable? Or does MS not allow this?

Not Permitted

It's closed source paid software and the license specifically forbids alterations.

Re: Portable MS Office 365

About the only Microsoft product that's ever shown any interest in portability is VS Code. I think that was just because they were competing with other portable code editors and not out of any real interest in portability. Not expecting that to change.
