I am using Google Chrome Portable from PortableApps.com at work (the package without the PortableApps.com platform)
I can use Google Chrome Portable without any problems (open any website is possible).
in the past I was able to download the installer and update the current version manually.
Currently the installer of Google Chrome Portable 107.0.5304.63 (GoogleChromePortable_107.0.5304.63_online.paf.exe) can not download Google Chrome.
Here the output of the installer:

So is there also a full package of Google Chrome Portable, where no other files are downloaded?
My hope is, that I am able to run the full package to extract all required files.

Online installers are used when the license does not permit offline installers. Srware Iron is a nice clone of Chrome, 100% open source and has an offline installer!
