QOwnNotes Portable is not working in 32-BIT Windows OSes

Hi,

Download QOwnnotes from https://portableapps.com/apps/office/qownnotes-portable

However it doesn't work in Windows 32-BIT OSes

Could someone please check and fix it?

64-bit Only

It looks like it switched to 64-bit only a while ago. I'll figure out when and post a legacy 32-bit package.
