Yes, I know there is the portasoft one but it copies files to the appdata folder (and deletes the local copy). This one tells dev-c++ to look for the files in the data folder and takes care of absolute paths.
It is written in NSIS and AutoIt.
paf.exe:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=190331
looks good...it actually saved my settings too, i had the one from portasoft and my settings were never saved....is it possible to do all of this in NSIS?

This thing doesn't even copy the files. It tells dev-c++ to look for the files in the /Dev-CppPortable/Data directory.

*BUMP* Has anyone found any bugs? Has anyone even tried it?

using it ever since you first posted it and it seems to work good. however I have got a read only error once in awhile and if I close out and reopen it is fine.
Thanks for the program i still like it.
Bob
Is it while you are coding? If so it is a Dev-C++ bug, not a launcher bug.
