Legacy Version Included for Windows 7/8/8.1
Transmission has moved to the current Qt6 release which drops support for Windows prior to version 10. Transmission Portable now includes the legacy 3.00 version to automatically use on Windows 7/8/8.1.

There was a bug in the original release causing it not to switch to 4. It's fixed in the new revision. Sorry for that.
