Safeincloud is meanwhile available as a portable version directly from the website.
Would be great if it could be included in the portable apps app.
Safeincloud is (at least for me) extremely useful, as you can run it on PC, mac and mobiles and it can save and sync the db in the cloud (i.e. dropbox, onedrive and more).
Try Keepass 2.x and its several add-ons, Also the unofficial Android version (the offline open source one).
