[Fixed] Transmission 4.0.2 leaves empty folder in ProgramData

There is an empty "Transmission" folder left at %PROGRAMDATA%.

Confirmed. As a workaround, add these two lines to TransmissionPortable\App\AppInfo\Launcher\TransmissionPortable.ini:

[DirectoriesCleanupIfEmpty]
1=%ALLUSERSAPPDATA%\Transmission

This fix will be included in the next release.
