For some reason every time I open Portable Apps, it displays as this :

If I could get any input as to why it displaying this way, I would greatly appreciate it.

It's the 120dpi issue which breaks lots of apps (including several of Microsoft's). It was fixed in the 1.0.2 Beta release:
