Haven't tested this browser and/or its portable version yet, I always check first if software is available on Portableapps.com.
Like it says on that page:
Settings are already easy enough to make portable, but passwords and extensions are the main issues we have with making Chromium browsers portable. So Vivaldi hasn't really fixed any of the portability problems we have.
