Latest PA version of SeaMonkey is not running when installing to a new dir (64 bit only install), or upgrading to only 64-bit on existing directory.
Throws "seamonley.exe could not be found" error (when executing from PA platform or from the SeaMonkeyPortable.exe file).
Failed on Windows 10 64 bit system when upgrading through the PA platform and when installing Seamonkey.paf standalone on Desktop.

I've confirmed this issue. I've built a fix and the packages are rebuilding now. I've disabled automatic updates within the PA.c Platform. I've packaged up the launcher fix so you can get it running now. Download this ZIP and unzip it to your SeaMonkeyPortable directory replacing existing files:
