I need some help as I have been trying for a while to find this firefox version ( firefox portable esr 115.2.1 32 bit ) to download but can't find it anywhere. Can you kindly help me out?
Unfortunately only this version is what I need and I can't use another one.

We only make ESR available as a 64-bit build for testing specific things, not for everyday use. You can put one together based on our builds, though. First, download Firefox Portable ESR 115.2.1 and install it where you'd like to use it from. After installing, open up the FirefoxPortableESR\App directory. You can delete the Firefox64 directory within. Then open up the Firefox directory. Now, Download Firefox Setup 115.2.1esr.exe. Open this file using 7-Zip Portable or local. Within the archive, open the 'core' directory. Copy the files within to your FirefoxPortableESR\App\Firefox directory. You now have a working copy of Firefox Portable ESR 115.2.1 32-bit.

Hi, I replaced the firefox 64 with the core but didn't work, when I try to open firefox it tells me it needs a reinstallation. Is there a method to be able to build it directly from the installation file before even installing firefox portable? (I tried even so but it won't let me edit the files in the firefox portable folder, i.e. it won't let me delete the firefox64 folder from the installation file) so I can replace it with the core one and then install it directly.
If you follow the directions above exactly, it'll work just fine. I just recreated it again. The Firefox64 directory should not exist in your resulting install.
You can not alter the installer by design. It's digitally signed and has a built-in tamper check so it can't be modified.

While figuring out the problem with making your custom package, you could use one already built for that particular version, but labeled as legacy, containing both 32 and 64 bit versions of Firefox.

Legacy is just a naming convention of the portable package mainly for use with the PortableApps.com Platform, and has nothing to do with the Firefox itself. However the version of the portable launcher might be different than of that in a comparable non-legacy package.
If you decide to use this package, and would run it on a 64-bit system, then search the forums here for instructions on how to use the 32-bit version of Firefox contained within.
