2024-04-07: Initial Release
I tested this on two old 32-bit PCs (one with XP and other with Vista) from an institution I'm attending to, and... according to my friends' feedback (and also my own), both seem to be working fine without any issues... for now. I'll continue with the tests tomorrow.
However, I can't do the whole testing all by myself, so we really need more people on this to make sure everything works well enough to be released. Come on, people! Snap to it! Oh, and please don't report anything regarding settings being reset, extensions disappearing, et cetera when switching between computers--it's a common (and intended by Google) Chromium-based bug. Check this thread (and also the Google Chrome's "App Notes" from here) for more info about the matter.
EDIT: Please disregard the second paragraph (the "it's a common (and intended by Google) Chromium-based bug" part). Apparently, after reading rbon's post, I got curious and decided to add both "--disable-encryption" and "--disable-machine-id" parameters to the "AdditionalParameters" thingy inside "SupermiumPortable.ini" file as a test. Then, after copying my Chromium profile (from my swiss-knife USB stick that has Knoppix, a live Linux distro) over to Supermium's profile folder and then running Supermium, all my extensions and settings got preserved! Thank you for this outstanding find, rbon!
EDIT 2: More information regarding possible portability on different Chromium-based browsers here. Supermium only needs "--disable-machine-id".

Testing done today... no changes--still works fine.
I'm saddened that I'm the only one testing here (I think). John, I know you're registered at TPFC (The Portable Freeware Collection) forum, so I wonder if anyone there could help with the tests? They're really experts at testing many kinds of applications... and I love their "portable and stealth" philosophy, as it were.

Once again, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome! Thank you.
Anyway, despite the lack of tests, I'll keep on testing--and hope the others will do the same.
