Vivaldi is another Chromium-based browser, and Vivaldi, like most Chromium browsers, has issues that make it difficult for us to make it truly portable. Chrome itself is only barely portable if you login to a Google account.
WPS Office there are some older test versions from the developer here. John was talking to them about an official release, but I couldn't say why that didn't go any further.
