Installation / Upgrade is not possible.
All the time i receive the following error message:
Downloaderror: Access Forbidden (403) for file
http://downloads.portableapps.com/portableapps/_cache/processMonitorPort...
..._cache/processMonitorPortable/3.86/ProcessMonitor.zip
Looks like there is some version missmatch in download information ?
I also placed a comment in the following article. I am not familiar with the normal procedure about such problems with portableapps

It's working here without issue. It downloads the legacy version in addition to the current one to support Windows 7 in addition to Windows 8/10/11. If you try to download this specific file, do you get an error or blocked message?

Looks like my default company proxy blocks access to this url you provided for the legacy version it also tries to download.
I will configure portable apps to download with usage of a special proxy we have ... where this blocking does not happen
