Hi,
Joplin Portable is version 2.14.22, but there is a more recent version (v3.0.14).
The problem is the version 2.x doesn't synchronize anymore with Android application and requires a version 3 program to sync.
"Error: In order to synchronise, please upgrade your application to version 3.0.0+"
PS: It seems version v2.14.23 can sync. Unfortunately, Portable version is lower than this one.

It's been updated faster due to the sync issue. Things are a bit behind due to some mental health stuff the last month.
For future reference, you can report outdated apps and follow along in the Outdated Apps Thread. You can also mention there if there's a critical issue meaning a specific app should jump to the front of the update line (security patch, sync issue, etc).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
