Calendar/Schedule Tool
I'm looking for a portable Calendar or PIM Tool (OpenSource or Freeware) which can transform tasks to appointments or show them as a appointment in the calendar (view).
Other advanced features f.e. address book are not needed.
A notes managing feature can be.
What tool can you recommend and which do you use?

I didn't found any matching app here, guys please help me out.
I forgot to pointout that it's a calendar ment, so I added it now as a PIM tool is very mighty
and I need mostly to manage tasks and appointments. A note manager feature would be nice.
What can you recommend?
