Opera Portable here is, to my knowledge, the only authorized and supported portable package of Opera outside of the slightly less portable install that the publisher's own installer can create. 12.x should not be used as it is long-dead, unsupported, and has security issues.

sad, so opera and chrome are off because of the developer.
developer coutry and data privacy first.
need to check for alternatives.
read of vivaldi and one or two other here which could be alternative.
both secure, quick and safe/data privacy.
need to check which are portable / you have.
